Hmmm, at that point ...No, it is more human error.

Hmmm, at that point I might as well swap the DC and DC Dread for Terminators, Corbulo, and a Furioso Dreadnought.

Hmm, will have to think about this.Mahuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15142214407451598973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5355172741692213349.post-6770427521742027182010-06-09T12:54:18.794-07:002010-06-09T12:54:18.794-07:00Yup, 245 is what it is. I had luck on my side in the first game against a well practiced opponent, drew against a player returning from 3rd edition, and got a great draw against my third opponent (BA vs Mech guard). I don't know that I would have done so well against Carter, Erich, etc. FL players are a breed apart.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04745460225020787017noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5355172741692213349.post-77536100002610291712010-06-08T13:34:57.710-07:002010-06-08T13:34:57.710-07:00"Are you DSing the Dante/Honor Guard, or are ..."Are you DSing the Dante/Honor Guard, or are you screening them with Razorbacks?"

Depends on the enemy, if there is a scary enough tank, or series of tanks, then I deep strike, I screen if my opponent has very little shooting.

"What will you do against Dreads, etc that assault that unit?"

That is rarely an issue, because if Dreads are in range of this squad, it it my first priority to take them out.

If a Dread does hit me I always have Hit and Run as a way to get out of it on my terms, or I hit them with another assault unit.

"I prefer to take no specials at all. (And you know the type of players I regularly game with.)

You where the one that qualified for the Ard Boys, I should be taking your advice. :)Mahuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15142214407451598973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5355172741692213349.post-36593299843540495262010-06-08T12:57:50.440-07:002010-06-08T12:57:50.440-07:00Are you DSing the Dante/Honor Guard, or are you sc...Are you DSing the Dante/Honor Guard, or are you screening them with Razorbacks? What will you do against Dreads, etc that assault that unit? I prefer to take no specials at all. Too many points are invested in them. The hit and run is nice, but fickle.
