In this post, I mentioned the 40k bases I sell, but since I was getting into fantasy, I wanted to have bases for that as well.
I have those for sale as well, in 40mm, 25mm, and 20mm scale, in a Broken Temple Style as you can see below.
I'm selling 20mm bases at 10 for $4.00, 25mm at 8 for $4.00, and 40mm at 4 for $4.00. As always, shipping is a flat $4.95, no matter what size order you make, and you get a 10% discount for all orders over $100 prior to shipping.
A war gaming blog, covering Malifaux and 40k, and just slightly obsessing on models with fur hats

Resin Bases for Sale
Hello, Everyone! I'm casting resin bases up as a hobby/small business for myself to make income while I'm in school, to help pay for the various Cons I hopw to visit. I cast bases that look good, are flat enough to fit a variety of different figures, and blend in well with other bases from other companies to better suit the average figure. I don't make the fanciest bases, I make good bases in bulk at the best prices.

Sanguinary Guard WIP
I'm going against the traditional* paint scheme to better match my Flesh Tearer painted Dante (who was my Seth before they had a Seth model/rules). They'll have black wings and shoulder pads, and golden death masks.
I don't know if I'll use the unit, but damn do these models look pretty**. This is my second layer of red over black. The total process is Mechrite->Scab Red->Red Gore->Blood Red->Baal Red.
The base on the model is one that I cast myself, and has a pin in it to give it the appearance of flying.
*Traditional, aka, invented by GW a few months ago.
**That's a compliment to the sculptors, not to my very much WIP paint job, mind you.

WIP Thunder Hammer Terminators
I need a few Thunder Hammer terminators for a tournament this weekend, so I slapped some paint on a few. These are nowhere close to being done, but I'm liking the way the red is turning out. I started with white primer, a thin coat of mechrite, and then a base of blood red overtop of it. I then hit it with some Baal Red, which you can see on the model below.

This model hasn't been hit with Baal Red yet.

They're both on my resin bases that I cast.

Wow, I've been busy
Or something like that.
Since I last blogged, I played in a tourney, and had my ass handed to me. 2-1 in fact, and I played at the kiddie tables for the last two games. Sad, but true. I got a lot of things painted for the tourney, most of which you saw in the last few posts, but I also finished my Manticore, which was shown as a WIP in my first few posts.
Of course I don't have pictures of it! I want to get pictures of my whole guard army, but I want it done outside. And of course, the whole of the outside world is still covered in snow, so...
In the mean time, I've gotten bored of painting Warhammer miniatures, so I thought I'd give myself a little break and paint up a Reaper mini I got in a paint set I bought for 50% off. He's a neat little fig, and he's acutally on of the few "realistic" mini's that Reaper puts out. I think he'd look good for a level 1 fighter.

He's been primed black, painted with GW foundation paints, and his armor was washed with Devlan Mud. Devlan Mud should be sold by the gallon. The symbol is a transfer from the IG sheet, and the base was a resin cast base that I did.

X-Mas Project
So, the 40KRadio listeners' group, the Freebootas, are doing a gift exchange. It's your typical Secret Santa thing, but 40k related. You know, something small, but nice.
The guy I got mentioned he liked Eldar and Orks, so I whipped this together:

It's a tad bit hard to see, but it's a resin cast dreadnought sized base with added detail. It's got a guardian casualty on it, with his leg being pinned by the tip of a broken Eldar Warpgate. I'm going to wait until the greenstuff sets, and then add a bit more detail. I'm almost tempted to make a cast of it, but that seems like cheapening the gift a bit. Not like I can sell them, anyway, since it has GW parts...
